Anglesey Sea Zoo's Address and Information
Anglesey Sea Zoo
Brynsiencyn
Isle Of Anglesey
United Kingdom
Tel: (01248) 430411
The Anglesey Sea Zoo is Wales' largest marine aquarium. Sited right on the shore of the Menai Strait against the stunning backdrop of Snowdonia, its a great day out whatever the weather. At the Anglesey Sea Zoo the habitats of over 150 species found around Anglesey and the North Wales coastline have been carefully recreated. From the complexity of the inverebrates in the Bone Free Zone, your visit will take you through a Shipwreck, then onto a walk over the Shark Pool and finally onto the Big Fish Forest displaying the marine life of the open ocean.
Aquarium staff are actively involved in local and international conservation, working actively on many projects in many countries. Our only tropical displays center on this conservation work, with all other exhibits celebrating native Welsh marine life.
